They are your favourite days of the year for a reason and at the heart is your perfect chalet. You have spent days dreamily flicking through images of the most luxurious chalets in the Alps but you know you can only choose one, well, for this year at least. You secretly know when you have found that stand out one but with overriding responsibility falling on your down clad shoulders, how can you really be sure?

ONE: Who is team ski?

The best place to start when looking for your perfect chalet is your group dynamics. Are you travelling as a corporate group where everyone needs their own room or twin beds? Are you travelling as a group of couples where all double rooms are compulsory? Will you get any sleep if all four children are sharing one bunkroom? Once we know who you will be sharing the slopes with, we’ll be very happy to start the search with the most suitable luxury ski chalets for you.

TWO: Location, location, location

Firstly let’s start on a wider scale, Austria, France or Switzerland? Have you got a hankering to re-create your childhood memories and start your children’s love of skiing in Meribel? Perhaps you already own a ski chalet but would like to venture to snowy pastures new. Alternatively we would love nothing more than to chat through the merits of each resort within our collection with you. From there let us create your personal recommendations page to share with friends and family.

THREE: Are we nearly there yet?

If we are welcoming the youngest members of your family or your corporate group only has a few days to enjoy, we will ensure that we choose a chalet with a shorter transfer time. As soon as you step off of that plane and onto the tarmac, the glisten of snow-capped peaks in the winter sun is all too tantalizing. Let us swap those back seat chants for excited anticipation of what is just around the next Alpine corner.

FOUR: Those precious hours

There is no better feeling after another extraordinary day on the piste than those magical hours of après. Depending on your idea of what makes those hours so idyllic, will largely depend on your choice of chalet. If this is a week to cherish time spent as a family, you are likely going to want a different chalet to one where après is spent at Cocorico’s. We will happily recommend chalets that come complete with the ultimate in entertainment for the whole group. Whether that be a playroom of dreams and swimming pool or a well stocked whisky bar with Wurlitzer juke box and pool table.

FIVE: The little details count

For your favourite days of the year, the ultimate in luxurious features and details matter and we truly understand that. If you crave sinking into your private hot tub with only a bottle of champagne and the canopy of stars for company, an indoor jacuzzi just won’t do. Equally we understand that teenagers hanker after freedom and independence and sharing a bunkroom with their little brother for a week really is not their idea of fun. No matter what it is, please do tell us all of those little details to ensure that your perfect chalet really is just that.

SIX: Chocolate box or contemporary pad?

Within our collection of the most luxurious chalets within the Alps, we understand how imperative décor and taste is to you. For some of our friends, beams adorned with historical artifacts and antlers are where their affections lie. For one week, you can revel in the joy of residing in utter quintessential chocolate box charm. However, we also know that for many this sends shivers down their skis. If extensive panes of glass, with sweeping angles of steel and ceiling mounted cocoon fireplaces are more your thing, be prepared to swoon.

SEVEN: Your week to indulge

We all know that it is our love of a particular sport that drives our passion for the Alps. However, it is likely that when in resort, your allegiance to skiing might waiver towards the joys of indulging in Michelin standard catering. In our fully catered luxury ski chalets be truly spoilt from breakfast through to afternoon tea and onto canapé o’clock. However, many friends prefer to sample the delights of the World-renowned restaurants in their chosen resort. If so, we would be delighted to recommend our luxury collection of chalets and apartments available on a self-catered or B&B basis to you. After all, this is your week.

EIGHT: Cheers to your perfect chalet

In many of our chalets you will find the ultimate in wine cellars and stocked bars, ready and waiting just for you. If your evening isn’t complete without kicking back with champagne and canapés we will ensure your chosen chalet offers just that. Alternatively if you would prefer that bottle of whisky and vodka in your complimentary spirits bar to be replaced with gin or purely soft drinks, let us make sure that happens for you.

NINE: Luxury is priceless

Our collection represents the finest properties within the Alps, with prices generally starting from £1,000.00 per person per week. However, for the most popular weeks in the Alpine calendar, such as New Year and February Half Term, you can expect to pay considerably more. To ensure that we can still welcome you to that chalet you first fell for, let us discuss alternative weeks such as the end of January or the Easter holidays instead.
