Morzine has a lot going for it – the vibrant, characterful resort town, the fantastic skiing around the Portes de Soleil, the proximity to Geneva. All these advantages come with a compromise and that is, often, accommodation situated along the pretty valley at some distance from the lifts. Call in at the ski school, drop by the ski shop? – done without a second thought. A fresh baguette? It’s warm in your hands and filling the apartment with that enticing aroma in an instant. And, just in case you find yourself lingering at Tremplin for a touch of après after the last glorious descent of the day, you can even stop by and swap ski boots for comfortable footwear and return before the next round is on the table.

You’re not compromising on style or comfort either. The design of Les Abeilles understood the needs and desires of extended families or groups of friends with high expectations for their ski holiday accommodation. They seek space, sociability and plenty of bathrooms, somewhere that looks good and functions harmoniously. Your party can extend to a maximum of fourteen guests plus one child who would get the small upper bunkbed in a room that also has twin beds and its own shower room. Two more bedrooms are doubles with en-suite bathrooms. The final two share a large bathroom and sleep up to four adults each, one with a king-sized bed and two bunks, the other with four full size bunk beds.
